Do any of you fellow old-timers remember which years had serious mast step problems? My addled brain seems to recall mid-80s, but I'm not at all sure. Now for a REAL reach (pun intended) - any idea of the range of hull numbers that contained most of the problems? I've found an '86 that looks very nice (and pretty cheap) but I don't want it to blow up on me. Also, does anyone recognize a HIN builder code of TDA? That's what the owner says the HIN begins with. Thanks!!
