White gelcoat on the top side and bare fiberglass on the under side. Can be used as is or easily painted to the color of your choice. Set of stainless steel machine mounting screws included if you still have usable deck nuts or you can mount with aluminum pop rivets or self taping stainless screws. $50 + shipping.
