Hello, everyone. This is my very first post here on the Laser Forum and I wish it could be on a more cheerful note but as the title says, my sail is gone....along with my sail bag, lines, and battons. I hadn't sailed in years but I wanted to teach my son how to sail this summer so we got the boat out and rigged it in the front yard and gave it a bath to get the dust off. After everything was dry we put the boat in the carport with the intention of going sailing the next day but someone came along and grabbed the sailbag. I think whoever it was just wanted the pretty white sail with the rainbow stripes. I can't afford the cost of a new sail and lines right now so I was hoping someone here might have an older sail they'd be willing to sell at a reasonable price. I know I could buy a practice sail but I'd rather have a class legal one in case my son wants to do any racing. Thanks for letting me vent. Ripped off and pissed off in NC, Lance Oh, the sail number was 105400. If anyone sees that sail, whack the guy over the head for me.... and grab the sail.
