Hey Pete, I was in your situation. But I ended up buying a utility trailer new from http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=42709 and putting a deck with padding on it. For $240.00 your not out much compared to others and they gave me 12" wheels.
I have a Dilly Trailer for sail that is in good condition with lights and Texas Registration. I live in Dallas, TX. Formerly this trailer had a sunfish on it. Asking $300. email me if interested.
