I bought a Hydro-Sail boat kinda like a Sunfish but racier, at least in looks. Its 17 feet long narrow in the beam and a point at the stern. It has a forward leaning rudder and the rudder bracket is raised a few inches giving the boat a fin look at t he stern. Its fiberglass and other than faded gel coat in good condition.
It says 1976 on it made by Hydra-Sail company in Los Angeles.

Anyone know of this boat? I need sails and some rigging. I am hoping it will take sunfish sails. I will post a picture later today.

If the boats bigger, would you want bigger sails? Unless its too much to handle in the wind or your able to reef it?
