Starting today, Please us the Report Thread (red icon with an exclamation point underneath the user name information in the left column) button to have your message deleted. This will streamline the process for you and us and should result in your ad being removed in a matter of hours. Here are the steps to have your ad removed: Login Go to your classified item Click the red and black "report post icon" For the reason just type sold Click Send Report. That's it! Also, threads that have not been replied to within 30 days will be assumed sold and will be automatically removed by the server. If your item has not sold after 30 days and you still wish to list it, do NOT email an administrator. You may post a new ad and you may want to reconsider your asking price! I am just learning the new software as well, but did you try the Thread Tools? Once I open that tool, I see an Edit Thread option and following that a button to 'open' the thread.
