Has anyone experienced an eye twitch that doesn't stop?

I can't wait any longer. Where is Old Geezer to answer this one.
    (Bow eye, fairlead, etc.)
He has a great sense of humor and some entertaining comebacks.

Seriously, fatigue is a common cause. Caffeine makes it worse. I sometimes get that twitch with lack of sleep or being dehydrated. Drinking plenty of water and sleep enough fixes it for me.

I do custom woodworking to make money. I personalize a lot of stuff by burning initials, names pictures, sentiments... into the piece. Once I was doing a big burning job in a Mahogany piece, and the smoke gave me a twitch in my right eye that lasted about a week. That probably doesn't help you much, just thought I'd share.

Do you spray paint boats for a living (awl grip, imron)? If you do its normal.
