Expected conditions for Master Worlds in Roses Spain

Ok, I don't know why me but I get a lot of emails asking what to expect in Roses for the Master Worlds. I've been through the standard stuff (for example, the venue website - or at least the english version of it where you can check out their web cam and see that someone is practicing already!), searched various windsurfing sites (it sounds like it is rated beginner to intermediate which I'm guessing means it won't be SF Bay) and places like wind guru.

So.... who on TLF has the real scoop?
What are good weather sites for Roses?
What kind of sailing can we expect the first week of October?
What is the water temperature?
What is the best restaurant in town?
What is the best hotel?

Actually on those dates there's quite a wide spectrum of temperatures/winds that could occur. However, I would put my money on temperatures ranging from 15-25C and winds from 12-22 knots, it is a nice spot for sailing, nice little bay. It won't be SF, mostly the water temperature that could be between 18-21C, hopefully lot's of sun and not "gota fria" which are stormy conditions in the spanish mediterranean with electrical/wind/rain storms.

I would trust windguru on this.
