Has anyone ever ordered anything from Castlecraft.com? I am interested because they seem to have the cheapest price on new dollies, including free shipping (!!). Any reviews of their products and service would be helpful.
As of today, the 'list price' for a Seitech Laser dolly is $410 (standard wheels). CastleCraft's price on its website is also $410. If you are not close to a distributor, this company might be a good option since, as you wrote, the shipping appears to be free. Depending on the state where you live, you might also save on sales tax (April 15 is coming up soon; ). I have never ordered from CastleCraft, so I can't answer your most important question, but I can say that they have been around for some time. Hopefully, others can chime in.
