Old, rare (circa early 1950s) Alcort Sailfish mahogany rudder assembly for sale. It probably came off an early wood Sailfish. Pre-old style "elephant ear" shape with bronze gudgeons and bronze vertical plate. Mahogany tiller, brass straps with brass rivets. New mahogany tiller extension. All three wood parts restored with 5 coats of Interlux varnish. Bronze parts burnished to better than new shine. Will fit on any Sailfish with bronze deck fittings. Perfect for somebody who is restoring an old wood Sailfish to original specs; full set of bronze deck hardware also available, prices on request.
