4500 OBO ready for the 2024 season!

Boat is in storage at Fay's Boat Yard in Gilford NH. We've been sailing it on lake Winnepesauke, last sailed summer 2022.

Comes with 3.5 Hz Tohatsu Motor and a walker bay dinghy. Large assortment of sails.
Fresh paint in 2018 and fresh bottom coat in 2022.

We don't have the most updated photos of the deck since we didn't sail it last year and it's shrink wrapped at the moment. We didn't plan to sell again, but now we're moving and can't bring the boat. When would that alteration have been class standard? I can ask the previous owner. I've owned her 6 years...
 
Thank you. Not sure when the class standard changed. In any case, I'd like to take a look at the boat. I'm in Kittery, ME but can travel to the Gilford area easily and I know where Fays boat yard is. A few questions... Do you know if the boat has any core rot problems? and... How roadworthy is the trailer? (I live near Ellsworth Maine, and I wonder if it would safely make the trip...)
I'm thinking I might like to take a look at it next week sometime. What's your schedule like?

Hey Paul, I sent a direct message, let me know if you didn't get it. There's no core rot that I'm aware of, and the trailer tolerated the drive north from Dallas no problem. We haven't driven it since 2018. After we brought the boat to Fay's Boat Yard, they've done all the transferring.... Boat is stored on the trailer when not in the water.
