Cleats
I noticed you said you added Cleats just forward of the Shrouds.
Pay careful attention as you dont want them interfering with the Jib or the Jib Sheets.
My Jib hugs the deck and anything stiicking up between the Shrouds and Forestay would invite a hang up during a tack...

My Forestay is attached to a Stainless Stay Adjuster placed in the forward hole and I attach the Jib Tack to the aft hole.

Reading through the threads and posts here I see the Padeye height to be 3 feet from the Deck.
Is this measured from the area at the mast step or the deck itself ( a good inch and a half difference from behind and in front of the splash rail on my Mod 1 )
