New Hampshire boat tax decal=$45—for a too-brief summer season. My boat has a "Wind Tax" label with an arrow to the decal. 
Looks strong enough, but I'd still add a "bunk" at the rear edge of the tailgate. Maybe also a "reverse bunk" at the stern? (To keep the bow from hitting the ground, should the metal support fail for some reason.)
