I received an email today saying that a reply had been posted on the "Sunfish Forum".
Was this once the "Sunfish Forum" or am I confused?

The Sunfish Forum and The Laser Forum are divided into different sections. They also share two sections: General Sailing Talk and The Dockhouse.

Thanks. I linked here from a search page. There is nothing to indicate this is part of a boat specific forum in the address. Any recommendations for a better forum for my needs?

There are many knowledgeable contributors on these forums who can respond to questions on a great variety of boats. But I gather from the follow-up to your original post that a decision has been made for you (use a club 420). Therefore, let's go back to the original thread.

If you want to post on a (non-specific boat) forum and if you can stand the 'noise' :eek:, there is always Sailing Anarchy...

Thread reply notifications are sent from the forum that the reply came from. I would like to make them come from the forum where the poster submitted his message, but technically that isn't feasible right now. SailingForums.com, Laserforum.org, and SunfishForum.com all share the General Discussion and Dockhouse sections.
